Ok so I want to tell you about how I got involved with this company,, I was always interested in health, looking at what foods are good for you, foods that weren't, that sort of thing, but I never believed in vitamins, I believed we should get the nutrition from our food, what I didn't know was our food is deficient, since 1970 things have gotten really bad,,eg beans have 42% less calcium, we would have to eat 8 oranges today compared to 1 back then,, we might be living longer due to pharmaceuticals keeping us alive,, but we are dying from degenerative diseases these days such as heart,, cancer,,diabetes ect, Dr Wentz says we are living short and dying long, in other word we are getting these disease younger and younger and having to live with them. I know when I went to school cancer was barely heard of, now its everywhere, we have to ask ourselves why??
Well the reason is our cells cant repair like they used to,, nutrition is what repairs them, when we get stressed our bodies release toxins which damage our cells, environmental factors such as the things we put on our skin damage our cells,, pesticides,, plastics,, toxic food,, chemicals in our food, the list goes on and on,,
So as you can see we must supplement,, the problem there is most on the market are inferior, contain too many fillers, aren't pharmaceutical grade,, Usana is world number 1 for over 12 years now, I will explain in my next blog how they have retained that position,, in mean time heres a little bit more on whats going on with our food these days, cheers Tania
